Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement, or refund you in full if we can't. See returns & refunds.
Can I request a specific design?
No — that's the nature of a blind box. Figures are randomly packed and sealed at the factory, so we can't see or choose what's inside, and duplicates are possible when you buy several.
Are these official?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine, officially licensed merchandise from authorized distributors. Pika Panda Boxes is an independent reseller and isn't affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or HOLLYBOX.
