📦 Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States addresses only (including APO/FPO/DPO).
Cost: $5.00 flat rate per order, regardless of quantity.
Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we'll help you file a claim.
Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.

💝 Refund & Return Policy

All blind box sales are final. Because each box contains a randomly packed figure, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted designs or duplicates, and we cannot open boxes to select a specific design.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order email and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) if a replacement isn't available.
Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund by emailing us before your order ships. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Pricing: Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an email receipt.
Availability: Items are subject to availability. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
Order limits: We may limit quantities per order or per customer and may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or fraudulent.
Product authenticity: Products are genuine, officially licensed merchandise sourced from authorized distributors. Pika Panda Boxes is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or HOLLYBOX.
Safety: These are collectibles, not toys. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pika Panda Boxes operates.

🔒 Privacy Policy

What we collect: When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by Pika Panda Boxes.
How we use it: Only to process and ship your order, send receipts and shipping updates, handle support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with: Stripe (payment processing and tax calculation) and the shipping carrier (delivery). We never sell or rent your personal information.
Retention: Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and legal requirements.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which you may exercise the same way.
Cookies: This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
