Shipping Policy

• Where we ship: United States addresses only (including APO/FPO/DPO).
• Cost: Calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery time: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
• Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we'll help you file a claim.
• Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.

Refund & Return Policy

All blind box sales are final. Because each box contains a randomly packed figure, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted designs or duplicates, and we cannot open boxes to select a specific design.

• Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order email and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) if a replacement isn't available.
• Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund by emailing us before your order ships. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Pricing: Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an email receipt.
• Availability: Items are subject to availability. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
• Order limits: We may limit quantities per order or per customer and may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or fraudulent.
• Product authenticity: Products are genuine, officially licensed merchandise sourced from authorized distributors. Pika Panda Boxes is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, or HOLLYBOX.
• 10% off your first order: Available to new customers who sign up for our email list. One redemption per customer and email address, on your first paid order. Excludes shipping and tax. Applies to current displayed prices, including sale prices; cannot be combined with other coupon codes. The signup email is used for checkout and first-order eligibility. Your personal email link can activate the offer in another browser. The offer is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively. Cancelled or refunded orders do not automatically restore the offer; contact support for help. Normal stock availability, shipping, and final-sale terms still apply. We may withdraw the offer for future signups or refuse misuse, subject to applicable law.
• Safety: These are collectibles, not toys. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
• Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pika Panda Boxes operates.

Privacy Policy

• What we collect: When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We store the payment type, card brand and last four digits, payment references, and order totals for fulfillment and support. Full card numbers and security codes are never stored by Pika Panda Boxes.
• How we use it: Only to process and ship your order, send receipts and shipping updates, handle support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations. With your consent, we also send offers, new arrivals, and requested restock updates.
• Who we share it with: Stripe (payment processing and tax calculation) and the shipping carrier (delivery). We never sell or rent your personal information.
• Email signups: If you opt in, we store your email and signup date to send offers or the restock updates you request. Restock requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Request removal by contacting us.
• Retention: Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and legal requirements.
• Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which you may exercise the same way.
• Cookies: With your acceptance, we use a first-party browser identifier to estimate visits, checkout starts, and purchase conversion. Choose Accept all or Reject in our cookie notice; change your choice anytime using Cookie preferences at the bottom of this privacy policy. Analytics stays off until you accept. We remember your choice for up to six months. Rejecting analytics does not prevent shopping. We do not store IP addresses or browser user-agent strings for analytics. Anonymous page and checkout events are retained for 90 days. We also use cookies for cart offers and admin sessions. We do not use advertising cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
